  1. I really liked this book! It really teaches you about your body as you go through a detox period and then a program specifically designed to right your body's imbalances. Always prefer a good mind-body book over one that simply lists menus!

  2. I couldn't agree more Jacqueline. The issue of weight management or mismanagement is so much more than food in & energy out as other diet programs & guru's like to keep telling us. I really like the focus of the individualized plans.
